Refund policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipping. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to post to your original payment method.

Return

Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt. The few exceptions are:

- items that have been used, damaged or from which labels, hygiene stickers have been removed, or that are part of an incomplete set.
- Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.

Refund

You can track the progress of your refund in any of the following ways:

- Go to "Your Orders" in the app on Pegachu.com, find the corresponding order and click to view its details. Below, you can check the status of your refund and the refund method for each refunded item.

- Once your refund is issued, please allow 5 to 14 business days (up to 30 days) for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times vary between financial institutions.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may contact us regarding the defective product within 72 hours of the product arriving. You can contact us at atencionalcliente@pegachu.com.


Shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
